Rates and Policies

At Kids We Love Childcare we accept children from 12 month up to 5 years old.
We provide full time and part time childcare.

Our rates

Toddlers - 12 months up to 3 years $45.00 per day.
Preschool - 3 to 4 years $40.00 per day.
JK/SK - 4 years and up $35.00 per day.
Same rates will apply for part time (if space available).

Security deposit

We require 2 full weeks security deposit at the time of a registration. which will secure your child placement and apply towards the last 2 weeks the child attends Kids We Love Childcare.

Payment schedule and methods

Payment are due bi-weekly on the last Friday of each two weeks period. We accept cash or personal cheques.

Overtime fees

We understand emergences situations, however, if the late pick up occurs on the regular basis the charge is $5 for every 10 minutes the parent is late after the closing time at 6:00 p.m. Overtime fees are to be paid when the parent arrives to pick up the child.

Absent days

Absent days are the days when the child will not attend care due to illness, doctor appointment, parent day off, etc. and will NOT be deducted from the payment.

Vacation

Each child is eligible for 10 days (2 weeks) vacation annually (from September to September) Parents will not be responsible to pay their fees during this period. However, only full week (or 5 consecutive weekdays) will be considered as a vacation.

Statuary holidays

Kids We Love Childcare will be closed for all statuary holidays. These days, however, are included in the bi-weekly payments and will not be deducted.

Hours of operation

Kids We Love Childcare is open from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

We require parents to complete registration and few other forms before a child can start at Kids We Love Childcare.
